Appointments Þ We see all patients on an appointment basis. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you; we do not double book our patients. Þ We respect your time and will make every effort to remain on schedule. We ask that you please try to arrive on time for your appointment. Þ If you cannot make your appointment, we would appreciate at least 48 hours notice so we can offer this time to another patient. If you have any questions regarding these policies, financial arrangements, your treatment, appointments or your account, please call our office and talk to Guylaine or Maureen who will be happy to assist you. Directions to office From Downtown North Bay Travel south on Main Street, preceed into West Ferris crossover the overpass bridge and continue on Lakeshore Drive. Continue down Lakeshore for about 2km. We are another half kilometer on your right pass the lights on Marshall Ave. If you come to Marshall Park Drive you have Passed the office. From Hwy 11S Exit Lakeshore Drive. Pass light at Pinewood Park Drive. Continue for 4Km. Pass through lights at Marshall Park Drive. We are on the left about 500ft pass the lights.
